Launched in 2006 (as then the North Carolina Conference for Women), the conference has annually convened thousands of women for inspirational connecting and life changing experiences.

2010

Held in Raleigh for the first time, the 2010 conference featured over sixty speakers including Governor Beverly Perdue, Pulitzer-prize winning journalist Sheryl WuDunn, Academy-award nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe, producer Lisa Cortes, and activist Julia Butterfly Hill. Other speakers featured during breakout dialogue sessions discussed topics such as career, money, policy, well-being, and life.
