Merrill has broad experiences garnered from key roles in large corporations and small businesses, working for ad agencies in Charlotte, Washington, DC and Tokyo and for both Bank of America and Wachovia.  She co-chairs the Women’s Inter-Cultural Exchange and has served in volunteer leadership positions for The Light Factory, the Arts and Science Council and the American Heart Association.
