Dress for Success empowers less fortunate women around the globe and the organization owes a tremendous amount of its success to CEO, Joi Gordon. In 1997, Joi donated a suit to Dress for Success, after seeing the organization on the local news. Fast forward to 2010 and Joi is still a part of the organization, now as its leader overseeing over 100 affiliates internationally. Joi personally mentors the women served and empowers them to obtain their goals at work, home and in the community. Her commitment to Dress for Success has resulted in the advancement of women in the workplace.
