TAPESTRY is a multicultural strategy and coaching firm. In 2005, Gwen Thomas retired after 24 years serving in a number of diverse leadership roles with Bank of America, where her last position was as Consumer Real Estate Multicultural Executive. There she had national responsibility formulticultural and low to moderate income lending sales, education and counseling.  She is co-chairof the Women’s Inter-Cultural Exchange and a board member for HomeFree USA and Zechariah Alexander CDC, plus is active in several ministries at her church.  She and her husband, Winston, also own Mamalu Travel and Wellness.
