Cammie Hauptfuhrer

Active Community Leader

Cammie Hauptfuhrer grew up in Charlotte, earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her JD from the University of Virginia.  She then served as a law clerk for US Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr. and for the Legal Aid Society of New York. Upon returning to Charlotte, she worked as an attorney for Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson for nine years.  Cammie has been an active volunteer leader in Charlotte for many years and currently is on the boards of Mecklenburg Ministries, North Carolina Humanities Council, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Community Foundation, the Larry King Center for Children, and Crossroads Charlotte.
