Development of a North Carolina conference for women began with conversations between Shannon McFayden, Mary Tribble and Gwynn T. Swinson. Initial discussion focused on the fact that women play a critical role in the fabric of our society and in maintaining an economic and social competitive advantage for North Carolina.

2008 Conference Highlights

Originally scheduled for October 1, 2008, the Conference date was changed given this is the second day of Rosh Hashanah. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and felt the change imperative to align with one of our major goals of inclusiveness.
